Go Ara is coming back with new film 'Phantom Detective.'
On April 20th, the production team of movie 'Phantom Detective' released steal cuts of Go Ara, who played as a lead role named 'Chairwoman Hwang.'
'Phantom Detective' is going to evolve around a prominent detective named Hong Gil Dong, who runs into a dark conspiracy while chasing his foe from the past.
Go Ara played in the film as 'Chairwoman Hwang,' the one and only inheritor of Hwalbin Foundation and the boss of an illegal detective agency called 'Hwalbin Agency.'
One of the steal cuts shows Go Ara is sitting above a pile of banknotes, indicating the colossal wealth and authority that Chairwoman Hwang holds.
As well as Hwalbin Foundation, Chairwoman Hwang also operates 'Hwalbin Detective Agency' to eradicate all the evil forces that deeply pervaded in society.
She is the one who brings Hong Gil Dong into the agency, but she runs into more troubles than ever because of troubles caused by Hong Gil Dong.
She is also widely recognized for her beauty and fabulous fashion style.
Director Jo Sung Hee said, "I had a young actress inside my mind while designing the character, and Go Ara was the most perfect candidate for the part."
Meanwhile, 'Phantom Detective' will be officially released on May 4th.
